We are proud of each pair of Dr. Martens shoes and clothing we sell. If your Dr. Martens shoes or clothing develop a material or manufacturing defect within the two-year period following their manufacturing date, we want to help you get back into the game.
If you believe your item is defective and it is within the 60 days following your purchase, you can simply return it to us for a full refund. For purchases made in a Dr. Martens store, you must bring your item back to the store where you purchased it.
Some Dr. Martens products have specific warranties and/or written warranties. In these cases, details and return instructions would be included on the tag, suspension tag, or warranty card provided with the item.
